Welcome to Solo ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement or "EULA") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using Solo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.
User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
Strict Zero Tolerance Policy
Solo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. Any violation will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Engage in bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any other user.
- Share explicit, pornographic, or highly suggestive adult content.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Our application allows users to create events, send messages, and post content. To ensure a safe environment, we enforce the following UGC rules:
Content Moderation & Flagging
We provide built-in mechanisms for users to flag objectionable content and report abusive users. Users can report events, messages, posts, and other users directly from within the app.
Developer Response
Our moderation team reviews all flagged content and reports. We guarantee action on objectionable content reports within 24 hours. This action includes removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.
Blocking Users
Users have the ability to block other users. Blocking a user will instantly hide their content from your feed and prevent them from contacting you or viewing your profile.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use or our Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.
You may also initiate account deletion at any time through the Account Settings section within the app.
